Aloe Vera:-
Sun burn is common in summer as we had to deal with heavy outdoor
schedule every time, and that schedule makes us deal with the
sunburn. Don't worry now. Take the thick gel or juice of aloevera
plant. Apply the gel directly to the burn, and wash it with cold
water when it is dry. Apply five to six times per day for several
days. It will take the sting and redness out from burn. Aloevera is
easily available in market or you can take the juice out direct from
plant if you have the plant at your home or in some near by place.
Drink Plenty of
Water:- It is the second simple step to heal the skin, which is
not followed by most of us. Drink plenty of water in summers that
will work to heal burn skin, and will help you to save from
dehydration.
Almond face
mask:- With the coming of summer, our skin starts becoming dull,
and looses its complexion. To get glowing skin, you can go for Almond
face mask, which is better than any face-mask in market. To make
almond face mask you just need 3-4 almonds and milk to soak the
almonds. Mash these almonds in the milk at night and make fine paste.
Apply the paste on face or targeted area, and leave for whole night.
Wash with cold water in morning and get shiny skin.
Cucumber and
lime juice face mask:- It other better option to save you skin
from sun burn. It also helps to lightened your skin tone. Take one
tablespoon cucumber juice and lime juice of same amount. Add one
teaspoon turmeric and glycerine too if you have dry skin. Apply the
paste on face, and leave it for 15 minutes, clean the face with cold
water.
Potatoes:-
Take two potatoes, wash them, and cut into small pieces. Blend them
into processor until they chanced into liquid. Apply on burned area,
and let it dry. Wash with cold water, and get smooth skin.
Baking Soda:-
It is another tips to get burn free skin. Add two tablespoons of
baking soda in bath water for an extra sunburn relief.
Banana face
mask:- Take a half banana mashed, mix it with egg white and one
tablespoon curd in it. Apply on face, wait for about 15 minutes, and
wash it out. It will give you glowing skin with an effect of parlour
facial.
Milk face mask
:- Milk is easily available at home. For the pack you need 3
large spoon milk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and a pinch of turmeric.
Make the paste of all ingredients, and apply on the face till it
becomes dry. Give the wash of cold water.
Orange Peel:-
Take two orange peels dry them in shadow to make them smooth
paste, grind them until it becomes fine powder. Mix the powder in
curd and make a paste. Apply on the face and leave for 15 to 20
minutes. Wash the face with lukewarm water.
Honey and
tomato:- Take a mashed tomato, and a spoon of honey. Add a
teaspoon of lemon juice mix all the ingredients well, and make a firm
paste. Apply on face or targeted area for 15 minutes clean with cold
water. It will lighten your skin tone and will give an extra radiance
to your face.
