Tips For Running


Running is best exercise; it’s not just the phrase. It is better than any other exercise in the world to loose weight. It takes no money; you just need little time and most important determination to run. Running works for all who wants health, fitness, and weight loss, and most beneficial thing is it doesn't have any side effects.

Here are the few tips of beginners

1. Best time for running: Morning is considered the best running time as it makes available fresh air, and no traffic, if you reside in city. So choose the time of early morning, no doubt evening jogging is also beneficial but the morning jogging gives you all day fresh experience.

2. Drink Some Water: Before starts for running, drink a little water 6-8 ounces. It will make you hydrate as you most likely hadn't anything for last 10 to 12 hours. It is advised to carry a water bottle with you.  You can have sip whenever you feel dehydrate. Staying hydrated will provide you energy to run, especially in summer.

3. Eat: Most of us starts running an empty stomach but it advised to eat a little before go for morning jogging. Need not to eat with evening jogging but in the morning, you need to eat very light food such a banana, or little peanut butter. You can also have dried fruit which are good source of energy.

4. Warm Up: It is essential to warm up body before running. It supplies oxygen and blood to your muscles and make them active for running. You can go for light aerobic, marching, brisk walking etc.

5. Running: Start your running with slow jogging and build up your speed gradually. Don’t make it fast as it will get you out of breath and will affect your target.

6. After Running: To make yourself relax take 3 to 5 minutes cool down jog or can take light walk. After running you can give shower to your body that will make yourself cool and relax.

7. Motivations: Some of us leave running after few days due to many reasons. So try to motivate yourself. There are many things you can do to motivate yourself.
  1. Go with your buddy it will make less likely to skip the running. You carry I Pod with yourself that contains your favorite song that will make enthusiastic.    
  2. Change your running route as same route may bore you.
  3. Find running group.
  4. Make your daily goal of running.
