Six Steps to Meditation

Meditation Tips
Modern time is full of stress; everybody is stressed for some reason, which gives birth to numerous diseases. One of the simplest ways to stress out is meditation that has become quite renowned in present time. It is kind of practice that helps to train mind or induces a mode of consciousness.

 Meditation has very long history of its own; it has bound up with the religious background within which it was practiced. Even in ancient times, people used it with rhythmic chants to pray the gods. Meditation conveys stability in whole body and supports a positive vibration in mind and body that carry a powerful positive impact on body.

Here are the few steps for meditation

Look for peaceful Place: you must have a peaceful place, as meditation is associated with quietness and peace. If you do not get the desired place, you can go for room where you are not disturbed by anyone. 

Take Right Position:. For meditation take the lotus position, (Padmāsana) , a cross-legged sitting asana originating in meditative practices of  ancient . Take right leg and fold it at the knee until your right ankle is high up on your left thigh. After that, fold your left leg at the knee and cross it on top of your right leg, resting the ankle high up on your left thigh. Your both hand should be straight out with elbows. Keep one thing also in mind that your spine straightened and lower your chin until it touches your chest.

Take Deep Breath: Take a deep breath via nose and release it with sound, the sound of hymns you can use words such as Om…. Su… Nam, etc.

 Hold the breath:  Hold your breath for few moments then releases it via nose and sit quietly for few minutes it will provide a wave of energy to your body and will provide you great amount of peace.

Essences: Before starting meditation session, take few drops of Australian bush flower essences that will help you to be quite while meditation. The essence will not let your mind distract.

Motivation: motivation is great power most of us leave our desired task after few days so just motivate your self for meditation you can use some new words form our traditional words for change while meditation.
